Excellence in Mission Award

Recipients of the Excellence in Mission (EIM) award are parishes or organizations in the Episcopal Church in Idaho who exemplify through their mission and ministry the call to be the hands and heart of Jesus in the world. Their project, mission, or ministry shall demonstrate a creative or innovative impact within their parish and community.

Recipients are parishes or organizations that:

  • Participate in an impactful project that supports the mission and ministries of the Episcopal Church in Idaho; and
  • Demonstrate a positive impact on the parish and/or community.

Process:

The Recognition Committee will collaborate with the Grants Committee and others in the selection process. The Recognitions Committee will select the recipients and make the recommendation to the BOD for approval. The EIM award will be presented at least 2 times per year and recipients will be awarded $500 towards their mission or ministry. The award will be presented at the parish or at an appropriate locatio
