Welcome to the Idaho Episcopal Foundation!

The Idaho Episcopal Foundation (IEF) is an independent, non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization supported and led by parishioners and clergy from congregations across The Episcopal Church in Idaho. We manage a variety of investments for the Diocese and its congregations, as well as IEF funds that support our annual Grants Program.

 A Message from the President:

The Idaho Episcopal Foundation was officially founded in 1984 during the Episcopacy of Bishop David Birney with the explicit purpose of administering a gift from Dr. John Moser. In the 40 years since its founding, the IEF has expanded that initial purpose to include supporting the parishes and the Diocese of Idaho in mission and ministry. We do this by providing annual grants for their new programs, managing the investment of their funds, and providing support for their members’ planned giving.

The IEF is supported and led by parishioners and clergy from around the Diocese of Idaho. These representatives are not only volunteering with the IEF, they are working to make our Church stronger and our communities better. I am very proud to work with them to better our world!
